How to make noodles at home in
indian style step by step:
Now for making this recipe you will need the following ingredients described as below.
- water to boil the noodles
- Noodles 150 gm
- 1 large sized onion (chopped)
- 1 small carrot (chopped)
- 1 cup cabbage (chopped)
- 1 medium-sized green capsicum (chopped)
- 1 small red capsicum (chopped)
- 1 small yellow capsicum (chopped) (optional)
- 4-5 sliced garlic cloves
- 2-3 Green chili
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- red & green chili sauce 1 tbsp both
- salt 2 tbsp or as per taste
- oil 4 tbsp
How to make Noodles Recipe:
Keep the water quantity more, After that add your 150 gm noodles to the boiling water.

We do not want to cook the noodles completely so don’t overcook them we want them half cooked for our recipe.
You should only cook them for 2 to 3 minutes only.
Now turn off the gas knob and rinse the noodles under normal cold water so they will not stick with each other.
As for the next step add 2 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp of soy sauce to the washed noodles for extra flavors and taste and mix them well.
Now take a pan and let it heat as it becomes hot add 4 tbsp of oil to the pan and let it heat also.
After the oil is heated up add green chili and garlic cloves into pan and saute them for at least 20 seconds.
Now add the chopped onion and chopped carrot to the heating pan and stir fry all of them on high flame.
Do not overcook the vegetables saute them for 30 seconds only otherwise the taste will be ruined.
Now add rest of the vegetables to the pan and stir fry or toss the vegetables.
You can also use other vegetables in this dish if you wish, Now cook all of them together for 1 minute or more to properly cook them.
As for next step add salt to it as per your taste and mix or toss them again.
Always keep in mind that cook the noodles on high flame always otherwise you will not get the taste like a restaurant in your dish.
Now add all the sauces (in above-specified quantities) like soy sauce, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, and vinegar to the dish.
After that cook them all together for 1 minute and add our noodles in it.
And mix everything well together and let them cook for few minutes.
